How to enable offline payments

• First, enable Offline Payment as a payment method, if not already enabled.  From the Spirit Sale dashboard go to Setting --> Payment Methods.
  
• Click the Offline Payment box.  Enable the Active toggle, then press Update.  
  

            

• Now, to enable Offline payments for your store.  Go to Store Fronts --> Stores
  
• Find the store you want to enable offline payment for, then click the Edit icon. 
• Under Store Details, scroll down to the Payment Methods section
• Click the Offline Payment box, and it will highlight green.
  
• Press the Edit button within the box
  

            

• In the Offline Message field, you can optionally type in a Message that will be shown during the checkout process.  In this case, it is "Bill to Union." Then click the green Close button.
  

            

• Now, at the top right-hand side, click the green Update button to update the store. 
  

Now your customers can check out without payment.
